Privacy Policy

  1. The Six Pack Chef is committed in keeping the privacy of all its customers. The personal information of each customer will be kept confidential and will not be sold or shared to any unauthorized party.
  2. Collected information are the following: Full name, Email Address, Delivery Address, and Mobile Number.
  3. Collected personal information is only used for the purposes of operations, logistics, and marketing.
  4. The Six Pack Chef employees, contractors, and agents have controlled access to personal information. Furthermore, they are subject to strict confidentiality obligations and may be disciplined, terminated, and/or be criminally liable if they fail to meet these obligations.
  5. The Six Pack Chef does not collect and store credit cards, debit cards, and/or bank details.
  6. You can choose to remove personal information by contacting us.

Order Policy

  1. The Six Pack Chef currently only accepts orders for deliveries within Metro Manila.
  2. The regular order process is as follows:
    1. The customer chooses their preferred start and end date:
      1. The Six Pack Chef requires a three (3) day lead time for orders. If customer orders on a Monday, The Six Pack Chef can only book the customer’s first order (start date) on Thursday onwards.
      2. A minimum subscription of 5 consecutive days is required.
    2. The customer chooses their package:
      1. The customer has an option to choose from an array of pre-planned package with the option to customize their package based on their food restrictions. 
    3. The customer creates an account with The Six Pack Chef and inputs their personal details, password, and delivery details including delivery instructions or logs in to their existing accounts.
    4. The customer makes payment to confirm their order.
    5. The customer waits for their order to be delivered.
    6. The customer receives their order the day before scheduled consumption.
  3. Order process for meal credits is as follows:
    1. The customer creates an account or logs in to their existing account.
    2. The customer clicks online wallet section.
    3. The customer picks a meal credits package.
    4. The customer pays for their meal credits.
    5. Meal credits will automatically be credited to the customer’s online wallet account once payment is verified.
  4. Order process for meal packages is as follows:
    1. The customer creates an account or logs in to their existing account.
    2. The customer clicks meal packages section.
    3. The customer chooses a meal package.
    4. The customer chooses a start date, adds food restrictions, delivery instructions, etc.
    5. The customer makes payment to confirm their order.
    6. The customer waits for their order to be delivered.
    7. The customer receives their order the day before scheduled consumption.

Meal Packages Policy

The meal packages is a specially and discounted priced package for long term subscriptions. This allows the customers to avail of special priced packages by purchasing a meal package with usually a minimum of 20 days or higher depending on the available package.

  1. Meal packages are special packages that are created for long term subscription options.
  2. Due to the nature of the package and pricing, meal packages cannot be cancelled and are strictly non-transferrable and non-refundable.
  3. Start date and end dates for meal packages cannot be altered and the package must be consumed consecutively from start date to end date.
  4. Meal package subscriptions cannot be paused and/or cancelled. Paused meals will automatically be forfeited.

Online Wallet / Meal Credits Policy

The online wallet is a meal credit system where customers can use meal credits to pay for their meals. The online wallet and meal credits section also offers exclusive discounts and special prices to customers of The Six Pack Chef.

  1. Meal credits value is 1 = Php 1.
  2. Meal credits can be used to pay for meals.
  3. Meal credits are strictly non-transferrable and non-refundable.
  4. To pay for meals using online wallet, make sure there is sufficient balance and meal credits in your account.
  5. If there is sufficient balance, pick Online Wallet as payment method and click the purchase button.
  6. Meal credits package pricing as follow:
    1. Package A: 150,000 Meal Credits for only P132,000.
    2. Package B: 130,000 Meal Credits for only P117,000.
    3. Package C: 100,000 Meal Credits for only P92,000.
    4. Package D: 70,000 Meal Credits for only P65,100.
    5. Package E: 50,000 Meal Credits for only P47,000.
    6. Package F: 20,000 Meal Credits for only P19,000.
  7. Provided discounts of meal credits will expire if not fully consumed within the stipulated period. Please refer to Online Wallet / Meal Credits Expiration Policy for more details.

Online Wallet / Meal Credits Expiration Policy

The face value amount paid by the customer will not expire. Only the provided discount of the meal credits will expire if not consumed within the stipulated period. Each Package will have the following expiry:

  1. Package A (150,000 Meal Credits) must be fully consumed within 18 months of purchase. Otherwise, discounted amount of 18,000 meal credits will expire.
  2. Package B (130,000 Meal Credits) must be fully consumed within 15 months of purchase. Otherwise, discounted amount of 13,000 meal credits will expire.
  3.  Package C (100,000 Meal Credits) must be fully consumed within 12 months of purchase. Otherwise, discounted amount of 8,000 meal credits will expire.
  4. Package D (70,000 Meal Credits) must be fully consumed within 10 months of purchase. Otherwise, discounted amount of 4,900 meal credits will expire.
  5. Package E (50,000 Meal Credits) must be fully consumed within 6 months of purchase. Otherwise, discounted amount of 3,000 meal credits will expire.
  6. Package F (20,000 Meal Credits) must be fully consumed within 3 months of purchase. Otherwise, discounted amount of 1,000 meal credits will expire.

Payment Policy

Payments are only made with the following options:

  1. Online Credit / Debit Card Payments
    1. Online Credit Card / Debit Card payments are processed through a secure 3rd party payment gateway. 
    2. The Six Pack Chef does not store and/or collect any Credit Card or Debit Card details.
    3. The customer will be provided an e-receipt and transaction number of their online payment transaction.
  2. Bank Deposit
    1. When a bank deposit option is chosen by the customer for payment, The Six Pack Chef will provide payment instructions along with bank details and payment deadline.
    2. The Six Pack Chef accepts bank deposits from the following accounts of Bank of the Philippine Islands and Banco De Oro only:

  1. Bank Deposit
    1. Customers may choose to pay through bank deposit via online-banking or through physical bank locations (over-the-counter).
    2. For Online Banking: Once the deposit is made, the customer must send a screenshot of the deposit transaction through email at contact@thesixpackchef.ph with the subject as PAYMENT followed by the FULL NAME of the client (e.g. PAYMENT JUAN DELA CRUZ).
    3. For Physical Bank Deposit: Once the deposit is made, the customer must send a photo or scanned copy of the transaction slip to contact@thesixpackchef.ph with the subject as: PAYMENT followed by FULL NAME of the client (e.g. PAYMENT JUAN DELA CRUZ)
    4. Once a copy of the transaction receipt is received via email, The Six Pack Chef will verify the payment and confirm the order of the customer through email and SMS.
    5. Bank Deposit Payments not made on time will be processed as meal credits through the customer’s online wallet account. Customer can then create a new order using their meal credits. Please refer to online wallet / meal credit policy for clarifications on how to purchase using meal credits.
  2. Cash Collection
    1. An authorized cash collection officer will collect payment by going to the specified address of the customer.
    2. Customer will be informed of the collection date upon booking of order through the website. Furthermore, the customer will be contacted by an authorized customer service representative prior to any collection to inform and remind them of the procedure.
    3. Customer will be informed of the name and ID number of the cash collection officer who is designated to collect payment.
    4. An official receipt of the payment will be issued to the customer upon receipt of payment. Official receipt is the only proof of payment.
    5. Orders are only confirmed once payment is made.
  3. Paypal Payments
    1. The Six Pack Chef website accepts all credit card payments through Paypal.
    2. The customer must have an existing Paypal account in order to use this payment option.
    3. If customer does not own a Paypal account, the customer must create a Paypal account through the Paypal website.
    4. The Six Pack Chef does not hold any credit card information and all transactions made with Paypal are solely through Paypal. The Six Pack Chef does not have any access to your Paypal account.
    5. Successful payments made through Paypal will automatically be marked as paid and customer will receive payment confirmation through SMS and Email.
    6. Unsuccessful payments will receive email and sms notification of their pending status.
  4. The order of the customer is only processed once payment is made on or before due date. Failure to make payment will forfeit his/her order.

Delivery Policy

  1. The Six Pack Chef delivers your meals the day before intended consumption. If your order starts on a Wednesday, your meals will be delivered on Tuesday.
  2. The meals are transported via motorcycle and placed in an insulated bag.
  3. Meals must be refrigerated right away upon delivery of the meals. Failure to store the meals right away may cause spoilage. Spoilage caused by mishandling will not be replaced or refunded.
  4. Delivery time is between 4PM-9PM.
  5. Parking charges are not inclusive of our rates and are to be shouldered by the customer. Should there be parking charges, The Six Pack Chef will request for a refund and will show parking ticket as proof of the charges.
  6. The Six Pack Chef will do its best to deliver within the stipulated period. However, The Six Pack Chef does not guarantee exact delivery time due to conditions that are out of company’s control such as but not limited to the weather and traffic conditions of the day, accidents, etc.
  7. In cases where The Six Pack Chef cannot deliver within the stipulated period, the customer will be contacted and informed immediately. The Six Pack Chef has the responsibility to make delivery arrangements for the customer provided that it is reasonable to both parties.
  8. The customer must receive and sign the delivery receipt when the meals are delivered.
  9. If in case, the customer cannot personally receive the meals:
    1. It is the responsibility of the customer to provide an authorized representative to receive the meals in their behalf.
    2. The customer must provide the authorized representative’s full name and contact details.
    3. The authorized representative must be present to receive the meals.
    4. The authorized representative must sign delivery receipt in behalf of the customer.
    5. The customer will be informed through text message by The Six Pack Chef’s delivery rider that the meals were received by the authorized representative with a specified date and time.
  10. If in case the customer or authorized representative is not present upon delivery of meals:
    1. The Six Pack Chef delivery rider will contact the customer via text and phone call to inform the customer regard the delivery and the rider will give a maximum 10 minutes of grace period for the customer to reply or receive the delivery.
    2. If there is still no authorized person can receive the meals, the delivery rider will return the meals to The Six Pack Chef Head Quarters and:
      1.  The customer will have to pick up their meals at The Six Pack Chef HQ or,
      2. The meals will be delivered the following delivery schedule of the customer.
      3. Spoilage caused by failure to receive will not be replaced or refunded.
  11. Requests for a change of delivery address:
    1. The Six Pack Chef must be informed at least 24 hours before delivery of any delivery address changes.
    2. If in case the customer is not able to give at least 24 hours’ notice, The Six Pack Chef cannot guarantee that it will be able accommodate the customer’s request.
    3. If customer’s request cannot be accommodated, The Six Pack Chef will deliver the meals on the next delivery schedule.
    4. The customer may also pick up the meals from The Six Pack Chef HQ between 4PM-6PM only. Meals not picked up within 48 hours will be disposed.

Meal Storage Policy

The Six Pack Chef meals are prepared in a professional commissary kitchen with Servsafe Certified Food Safety Managers and high SOP's of proper food safety and sanitary conditions. The Six Pack Chef follows a cold chain storage system where meals are prepared fresh, cooked, packed on the same day, and then stored in between temperatures of 1-3 degrees Celsius.

No chemical preservatives are added with the meals. This is why it is important to observe proper storage of the meals at all times

  1. Meals must be stored and chilled right away once received.
  2. Meals must be stored at a temperature of at least 3 degrees Celsius at all times.
  3. Meals may be stored below 0 degrees Celsius but freezing meals may affect overall quality.
  4. Only defrost and reheat the meals when ready and about to eat.
  5. Do not reheat and store again.
  6. Meals must be consumed within the stipulated schedule of consumption.
  7. Meal containers are microwaveable. It is best to reheat the meals using a microwave oven: slightly opened at moderate-high setting for at least 90 seconds.
  8. Mishandled meals will not be replaced or refunded.

Order Cancellation, Returns, and Refund Policy

Regular Meal Orders & Subscriptions Cancellations, Returns, & Refund Policy

  1. Customer may cancel their order for any reason provided that The Six Pack Chef is given a minimum of 48 hours’ notice before delivery.
  2. A full refund will be provided to valid cancellations within 15 days of their cancellation.
  3. If the customer wishes to cancel but failed to give The Six Pack Chef 48 hours’ notice, The Six Pack Chef will charge the full amount of their order and will store customer’s meals in The Six Pack HQ for a maximum of 48 hours. Meals not picked up after 48 hours will be disposed. Meals may only be picked up between 9AM-5PM.
  4. For customers who wish to cancel their order and move their order to another delivery date, they will be refunded the total amount for that day in meal credits through the online wallet system. They may choose to use their meal credits to book a new order. Please refer to Online Wallet Policy.
  5. Meals can only be returned or refunded for spoilage not due to the customer’s handling. Please refer to meal storage policy for proper handling of meals.
  6. Mishandled meals by the customer will not be replaced or refunded. Please see Meal Storage Policy for proper handling of meals.
  7. If in case the customer requests a refund or return of meal due to spoilage:
    1.  The Six Pack Chef will only replace or refund if the meals are returned within 24 hours upon delivery and are untouched.
    2. A Six Pack Chef representative will pick up the “spoilt” meal within 24 hours upon complaint and will bring back to The Six Pack Chef HQ for investigation.
    3. The customer will be given feedback about their complaint within 24 hours upon receipt of “spoilt” meals.
  8. Refunds are strictly provided through meal credits, check payment, or bank deposit (or online transfer) only.

Meal Credits Cancellations, Returns, & Refund Policy

  1. Due to the nature of the meal credits and pricing, meal credits are strictly non-refundable but can be transferred or gifted to another existing account.

Promos Policy

  1. As part of The Six Pack Chef’s marketing campaigns, The Six Pack Chef will offer promos regularly to customers.
  2. Each promo will have its own terms and conditions.
  3. The Six Pack Chef reserves the right to cancel any promos for any reason.

Complaints Policy

The customer must address any complaints through email at contact@thesixpackchef.ph. A Customer Representative will get in touch with the customer within 24 hours upon receipt of email.

Legal & Others

  1. It is the customer’s responsibility to consult with their medical doctors and get approval prior to starting any diet or nutrition programs.
  2. As an added of service The Six Pack Chef provides coaching and guidance through The Six Pack Chef’s certified and licensed nutrition consultants and professionals. The customer acknowledges that The Six Pack Chef’s certified & licensed nutrition consultants are not physicians or psychologists, and that the scope of their consultation service does not include treatment or diagnosis of specific illnesses or disorders.  If the customer suspects that they may have an ailment or illness that may require medical attention, then they are encouraged to consult with a licensed physician without delay.  Only a licensed physician can prescribe drugs.  Any mention of drugs in the course of consultation is only for the purpose of providing a complete history of drugs that the client is taking and not for him/her to judge the appropriateness of the medication.  Any change in prescription or dosage is a decision the client makes with his or her physician. Rather than dealing with treatment of disease, The Six Pack Chef’s certified and licensed nutrition consultants focuses on wellness and prevention of illness through the use of non-toxic, natural nutritional therapies to achieve optimal health.  As certified and licensed nutrition consultants, they primarily educate and motivate clients to assume more personal responsibility for their health by adopting a healthy attitude, lifestyle, and diet. While people generally experience greater health and wellness as a result of embracing a healthier attitude, lifestyle, and diet, The Six Pack Chef’s certified & licensed nutrition consultants does not promise or guarantee protection from future illness. By consulting The Six Pack Chef, the customer acknowledges that they understand that The Six Pack Chef’s certified & licensed nutrition consultants are health consultants and not a physician. The customers are encouraged to speak to their doctor if they think you have a medical condition. The Six Pack Chef will not be held liable for failure to diagnose or treat an illness, nor will they be liable for failure to prevent future illness.
  3. The Six Pack Chef reserves the right to make any changes to the menus, ingredients, or macros used at our sole discretion which is mostly due to availability of best available ingredients. The meals are designed to be nutritionally-balanced, but specific health or dietary objectives or benefits from subscribing to The Six Pack Chef cannot be guaranteed.
  4. The Six Pack Chef reserves the right to change the price of meals and meal packages without prior notice.
  5. The customer waives any and all claims and release from liability The Six Pack Chef, its owners, employees, agents, and consultants for any concerns including but not limited to health complications, personal injury, or death that may arise from consuming The Six Pack Chef meals. Nothing in these terms and conditions shall:
  • Exclude or restrict our liability for death or personal injury resulting from our negligence or our liability for fraudulent misrepresentation; or
  • Affect your statutory rights if you are transacting as a consumer.

Subject to the above paragraph, our entire liability shall be capped at the sums paid by you for our service during the relevant subscription period. In no event shall we be held liable to you for any special, indirect or consequential damages, loss of profits or goodwill.

The Six Pack Chef shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform any of our obligations under these terms and conditions due to any cause beyond our reasonable control, including industrial action.

These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and us and supersede any previous agreement or understanding and may not be varied except in writing between us. All other terms and conditions express or implied by statute or otherwise, are excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law.

By placing your orders, you agree to the following terms & conditions.

If any provision of these conditions is held by any competent authority to be invalid or unenforceable in whole or in part, the validity of the other provisions of these conditions and the remainder of the provision in question shall not be affected.

    4. An official receipt of the payment will be issued to the customer upon receipt of payment. Official receipt is the only proof of payment.
    5. Orders are only confirmed once payment is made.
  3. Paypal Payments
    1. The Six Pack Chef website accepts all credit card payments through Paypal.
    2. The customer must have an existing Paypal account in order to use this payment option.
    3. If customer does not own a Paypal account, the customer must create a Paypal account through the Paypal website.
    4. The Six Pack Chef does not hold any credit card information and all transactions made with Paypal are solely through Paypal. The Six Pack Chef does not have any access to your Paypal account.
    5. Successful payments made through Paypal will automatically be marked as paid and customer will receive payment confirmation through SMS and Email.
    6. Unsuccessful payments will receive email and sms notification of their pending status.
  4. The order of the customer is only processed once payment is made on or before due date. Failure to make payment will forfeit his/her order.

Delivery Policy

  1. The Six Pack Chef delivers your meals the day before intended consumption. If your order starts on a Wednesday, your meals will be delivered on Tuesday.
  2. The meals are transported via motorcycle and placed in an insulated bag.
  3. Meals must be refrigerated right away upon delivery of the meals. Failure to store the meals right away may cause spoilage. Spoilage caused by mishandling will not be replaced or refunded.
  4. Delivery time is between 4PM-9PM.
  5. Parking charges are not inclusive of our rates and are to be shouldered by the customer. Should there be parking charges, The Six Pack Chef will request for a refund and will show parking ticket as proof of the charges.
  6. The Six Pack Chef will do its best to deliver within the stipulated period. However, The Six Pack Chef does not guarantee exact delivery time due to conditions that are out of company’s control such as but not limited to the weather and traffic conditions of the day, accidents, etc.
  7. In cases where The Six Pack Chef cannot deliver within the stipulated period, the customer will be contacted and informed immediately. The Six Pack Chef has the responsibility to make delivery arrangements for the customer provided that it is reasonable to both parties.
  8. The customer must receive and sign the delivery receipt when the meals are delivered.
  9. If in case, the customer cannot personally receive the meals:
    1. It is the responsibility of the customer to provide an authorized representative to receive the meals in their behalf.
    2. The customer must provide the authorized representative’s full name and contact details.
    3. The authorized representative must be present to receive the meals.
    4. The authorized representative must sign delivery receipt in behalf of the customer.
    5. The customer will be informed through text message by The Six Pack Chef’s delivery rider that the meals were received by the authorized representative with a specified date and time.
  10. If in case the customer or authorized representative is not present upon delivery of meals:
    1. The Six Pack Chef delivery rider will contact the customer via text and phone call to inform the customer regard the delivery and the rider will give a maximum 10 minutes of grace period for the customer to reply or receive the delivery.
    2. If there is still no authorized person can receive the meals, the delivery rider will return the meals to The Six Pack Chef Head Quarters and:
      1.  The customer will have to pick up their meals at The Six Pack Chef HQ or,
      2. The meals will be delivered the following delivery schedule of the customer.
      3. Spoilage caused by failure to receive will not be replaced or refunded.
  11. Requests for a change of delivery address:
    1. The Six Pack Chef must be informed at least 24 hours before delivery of any delivery address changes.
    2. If in case the customer is not able to give at least 24 hours’ notice, The Six Pack Chef cannot guarantee that it will be able accommodate the customer’s request.
    3. If customer’s request cannot be accommodated, The Six Pack Chef will deliver the meals on the next delivery schedule.
    4. The customer may also pick up the meals from The Six Pack Chef HQ between 4PM-6PM only. Meals not picked up within 48 hours will be disposed.

Meal Storage Policy

The Six Pack Chef meals are prepared in a professional commissary kitchen with Servsafe Certified Food Safety Managers and high SOP's of proper food safety and sanitary conditions. The Six Pack Chef follows a cold chain storage system where meals are prepared fresh, cooked, packed on the same day, and then stored in between temperatures of 1-3 degrees Celsius.

No chemical preservatives are added with the meals. This is why it is important to observe proper storage of the meals at all times

  1. Meals must be stored and chilled right away once received.
  2. Meals must be stored at a temperature of at least 3 degrees Celsius at all times.
  3. Meals may be stored below 0 degrees Celsius but freezing meals may affect overall quality.
  4. Only defrost and reheat the meals when ready and about to eat.
  5. Do not reheat and store again.
  6. Meals must be consumed within the stipulated schedule of consumption.
  7. Meal containers are microwaveable. It is best to reheat the meals using a microwave oven: slightly opened at moderate-high setting for at least 90 seconds.
  8. Mishandled meals will not be replaced or refunded.

Order Cancellation, Returns, and Refund Policy

Regular Meal Orders & Subscriptions Cancellations, Returns, & Refund Policy

  1. Customer may cancel their order for any reason provided that The Six Pack Chef is given a minimum of 48 hours’ notice before delivery.
  2. A full refund will be provided to valid cancellations within 15 days of their cancellation.
  3. If the customer wishes to cancel but failed to give The Six Pack Chef 48 hours’ notice, The Six Pack Chef will charge the full amount of their order and will store customer’s meals in The Six Pack HQ for a maximum of 48 hours. Meals not picked up after 48 hours will be disposed. Meals may only be picked up between 9AM-5PM.
  4. For customers who wish to cancel their order and move their order to another delivery date, they will be refunded the total amount for that day in meal credits through the online wallet system. They may choose to use their meal credits to book a new order. Please refer to Online Wallet Policy.
  5. Meals can only be returned or refunded for spoilage not due to the customer’s handling. Please refer to meal storage policy for proper handling of meals.
  6. Mishandled meals by the customer will not be replaced or refunded. Please see Meal Storage Policy for proper handling of meals.
  7. If in case the customer requests a refund or return of meal due to spoilage:
    1.  The Six Pack Chef will only replace or refund if the meals are returned within 24 hours upon delivery and are untouched.
    2. A Six Pack Chef representative will pick up the “spoilt” meal within 24 hours upon complaint and will bring back to The Six Pack Chef HQ for investigation.
    3. The customer will be given feedback about their complaint within 24 hours upon receipt of “spoilt” meals.
  8. Refunds are strictly provided through meal credits, check payment, or bank deposit (or online transfer) only.

Meal Credits Cancellations, Returns, & Refund Policy

  1. Due to the nature of the meal credits and pricing, meal credits are strictly non-refundable but can be transferred or gifted to another existing account.

Meal Packages Cancellations, Returns, & Refund Policy

  1. Due to the nature of the package and pricing, meal packages cannot be cancelled and are strictly non-transferrable and non-refundable.
  2. Start date and end dates for meal packages cannot be altered and the package must be consumed consecutively from start date to end date.
  3. Meal package subscriptions cannot be paused and/or cancelled. Paused meals will automatically be forfeited.

Promos Policy

  1. As part of The Six Pack Chef’s marketing campaigns, The Six Pack Chef will offer promos regularly to customers.
  2. Each promo will have its own terms and conditions.
  3. The Six Pack Chef reserves the right to cancel any promos for any reason.

Complaints Policy

The customer must address any complaints through email at contact@thesixpackchef.ph. A Customer Representative will get in touch with the customer within 24 hours upon receipt of email.

Legal & Others

  1. It is the customer’s responsibility to consult with their medical doctors and get approval prior to starting any diet or nutrition programs.
  2. As an added of service The Six Pack Chef provides coaching and guidance through The Six Pack Chef’s certified and licensed nutrition consultants and professionals. The customer acknowledges that The Six Pack Chef’s certified & licensed nutrition consultants are not physicians or psychologists, and that the scope of their consultation service does not include treatment or diagnosis of specific illnesses or disorders.  If the customer suspects that they may have an ailment or illness that may require medical attention, then they are encouraged to consult with a licensed physician without delay.  Only a licensed physician can prescribe drugs.  Any mention of drugs in the course of consultation is only for the purpose of providing a complete history of drugs that the client is taking and not for him/her to judge the appropriateness of the medication.  Any change in prescription or dosage is a decision the client makes with his or her physician. Rather than dealing with treatment of disease, The Six Pack Chef’s certified and licensed nutrition consultants focuses on wellness and prevention of illness through the use of non-toxic, natural nutritional therapies to achieve optimal health.  As certified and licensed nutrition consultants, they primarily educate and motivate clients to assume more personal responsibility for their health by adopting a healthy attitude, lifestyle, and diet. While people generally experience greater health and wellness as a result of embracing a healthier attitude, lifestyle, and diet, The Six Pack Chef’s certified & licensed nutrition consultants does not promise or guarantee protection from future illness. By consulting The Six Pack Chef, the customer acknowledges that they understand that The Six Pack Chef’s certified & licensed nutrition consultants are health consultants and not a physician. The customers are encouraged to speak to their doctor if they think you have a medical condition. The Six Pack Chef will not be held liable for failure to diagnose or treat an illness, nor will they be liable for failure to prevent future illness.
  3. The Six Pack Chef reserves the right to make any changes to the menus, ingredients, or macros used at our sole discretion which is mostly due to availability of best available ingredients. The meals are designed to be nutritionally-balanced, but specific health or dietary objectives or benefits from subscribing to The Six Pack Chef cannot be guaranteed.
  4. The Six Pack Chef reserves the right to change the price of meals and meal packages without prior notice.
  5. The customer waives any and all claims and release from liability The Six Pack Chef, its owners, employees, agents, and consultants for any concerns including but not limited to health complications, personal injury, or death that may arise from consuming The Six Pack Chef meals. Nothing in these terms and conditions shall:
  • Exclude or restrict our liability for death or personal injury resulting from our negligence or our liability for fraudulent misrepresentation; or
  • Affect your statutory rights if you are transacting as a consumer.

Subject to the above paragraph, our entire liability shall be capped at the sums paid by you for our service during the relevant subscription period. In no event shall we be held liable to you for any special, indirect or consequential damages, loss of profits or goodwill.

The Six Pack Chef shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform any of our obligations under these terms and conditions due to any cause beyond our reasonable control, including industrial action.

These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and us and supersede any previous agreement or understanding and may not be varied except in writing between us. All other terms and conditions express or implied by statute or otherwise, are excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law.

By placing your orders, you agree to the following terms & conditions.

If any provision of these conditions is held by any competent authority to be invalid or unenforceable in whole or in part, the validity of the other provisions of these conditions and the remainder of the provision in question shall not be affected.
