WHAT DO SOME OF OUR CLIENT'S HAVE TO SAY?
I've been on "The Six Pack Chef" diet for about 6 weeks. Each meal is so much fun and most definitely hearty. For the first time I'm not worried about the quality or amount of food that I eat but more about the amount of rest I get in between exercise and work. I have always been an on-the-go, active person, and always on the lookout for ways to stay healthy and fit. I'm not a fan of fad diets, and I find it difficult to find time for meal preparation. I was always known to be that guy who ate everything, anytime. No diet restrictions. hence no cheating. I enjoyed everything bec I practiced year-long fitness! But there's a saying that goes, "just because you can, doesn't mean you should." I did my research and due diligence and found @thesixpackchef. Loved their philosophy. And i decided I needed a change in approach. And yes, I still practiced fitness but now I ate smarter and better. Better amounts and better quality. Which has now translated to an even more enormous amount of energy that gives me to ability to stretch my day which are very long because of my work, lifestyle and pace. I work 7 days a week, 9 months a year. And now because of better nutrition, I feel like I'm in the best shape of my life. Not just aesthetically, but overall!
